Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease baking dish lightly.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in dish.
- Melt butter, stir in garlic and lemon juice. Pour over shrimp.
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle on shrimp.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and topping golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Serve immediately for best crunch. Great with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
