Ingredients
  

Chia Pudding
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large mango peeled and diced
  • 1 cup dragon fruit cubed

Method
 

  1. Whisk chia seeds, coconut milk, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Refrigerate until thickened, at least 4 hours.
  3. Blend mango and dragon fruit separately and layer with pudding.

Notes

Best served chilled with fresh fruit toppings.
