- Blend ripe mangoes until smooth to make mango puree.
- Beat dairy-free cream cheese and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add chilled coconut cream and whip until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract and lime zest.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into mango juice.
- Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
- Spread mango puree over the biscuits.
- Add a layer of coconut cream filling and diced mango.
- Repeat the layers once more.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use very ripe mangoes and allow the tiramisu to chill overnight.
