- Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
- Season and sear chicken until cooked through.
- Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add broth and simmer.
- Stir in cream and seasonings and cook until thickened.
- Add parmesan and melt until smooth.
- Toss pasta in sauce and top with sliced chicken.
Notes
Add spinach for extra greens or increase chili flakes for heat.
