Chicken Ramen Dish
  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Sear chicken with butter, oil, and seasonings until golden.
  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Pour in broth and cream; bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook until soft.
  6. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
  7. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Finish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust sauce thickness by adding more broth or Parmesan. Spinach or mushrooms can be added for extra flavor.
