- Season sea bass with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook fish 4–5 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
- Remove fish and sauté garlic in same pan.
- Add tomatoes, olives, and capers and cook briefly.
- Stir in lemon zest, juice, and oregano.
- Return fish to pan and spoon sauce over.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
