Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 600 g salmon fillets skin removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin
Tacos & Toppings
  • 8 pieces small tortillas
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion minced
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup grated cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Season salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, and spices.
  2. Cook salmon in a hot skillet until flaky and cooked through.
  3. Mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, and dill to make tzatziki.
  4. Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with salmon, toppings, and sauce.

Notes

These tacos are best served fresh with warm tortillas and chilled tzatziki.
