Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Topping
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the dish in a single layer.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
  6. Rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter version. Broil briefly for extra crispiness.
