Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 300 g ground chicken or beef
  • 0.5 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Equipment

  • Deep pan or fryer
  • Slotted spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook seasoned ground meat with onion and garlic.
  2. Mix meat with cheeses and optional jalapeƱo.
  3. Fill and seal wonton wrappers.
  4. Fry until golden and crispy.
