Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup in a large bowl.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then stir well.
- Fold shredded chicken and 1 1/2 cups cheddar into mixture.
- Spread mixture evenly in casserole dish.
- Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
- Top with remaining cheddar and bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken works perfectly. Freezes well before baking.
