Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough enough for 12 muffin cups
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup diced bell peppers
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • olive oil spray for greasing

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 12 equal circles.
  3. Press each circle into the muffin cups, covering the bottom and sides.
  4. Spoon 1 tbsp of marinara sauce into each cup.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and bell peppers into each cup.
  6. Top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the tin and garnish with basil.

Notes

Experiment with your favorite pizza toppings. Best served warm.
