Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Brownie Filling
  • 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients listed on box
Toppings
  • 1.5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into muffin pan cups to form crusts.
  4. Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions.
  5. Spoon batter into crusts, filling 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, until brownies are set but fudgy.
  7. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  8. Broil for 1–2 minutes until marshmallows are toasted.
  9. Cool before removing from pan and serve warm.

Notes

For a homemade touch, use your favorite brownie recipe instead of box mix.
