- Place chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix evenly over the roast.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and pour in pepperoncini juice.
- Place butter on top of the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 480 minutes until tender.
- Shred beef and mix into the gravy before serving.
Notes
Do not add salt. Serve over mashed potatoes or on sandwiches.
