Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and whisk in sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold into wet mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips and 3/4 cup M&Ms.
- Spread batter evenly in pan and top with remaining M&Ms.
- Bake 28–32 minutes, until set but fudgy in the center.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Do not overbake for fudgy texture. Chill before slicing for clean squares.
