  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
Meat Sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
Topping
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
