Ingredients
  

Roasted Cauliflower
  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Tahini Honey Sauce
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2–4 tbsp warm water as needed

Method
 

  1. Toss cauliflower with olive oil and spices.
  2. Roast until golden and tender, flipping halfway.
  3. Whisk tahini, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and water until smooth.
  4. Drizzle sauce over roasted cauliflower and garnish.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature for best flavor.
