Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs

Golden, buttery biscuit dough stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to perfection. The ultimate cheesy appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
  • 8 cubes mozzarella cheese about 1-inch each
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese optional, grated
  • marinara sauce for serving

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit, place mozzarella cube in center, and seal tightly into a ball.
  3. Arrange seam-side down on baking sheet.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over each biscuit ball.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

Best served fresh from the oven. For a fun twist, add pepperoni or jalapeño slices inside with the mozzarella.
