Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo cookies regular, not double-stuffed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 16 oz white chocolate chips or baking bars
  • 36 candy eyes for decoration
  • 2 tbsp Oreo crumbs optional garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or bag and rolling pin.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm.
  4. Melt white chocolate until smooth.
  5. Dip Oreo balls in chocolate, coating evenly, then place back on parchment.
  6. Press two candy eyes onto each ball before chocolate sets.
  7. Drizzle extra melted white chocolate across to create mummy bandages.
  8. Optional: sprinkle Oreo crumbs for garnish. Chill before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Store in refrigerator up to 5 days or freeze undecorated for longer storage.
