  • 1 cup almond flour or oat flour
  • 0.25 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Combine almond flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract; mix until dough forms.
  3. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Chill for 20 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls.
  5. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

Use almond flour or heat-treated oat flour for safety. Customize with coconut, nuts, or cocoa powder.
