Ingredients

  • 0.33 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup ground flaxseed
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • optional: shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or protein powder

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, flaxseed, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until well combined.

  5. Store in fridge up to 1 week or freezer up to 2 months.
