Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 12 cookies Oreo cookies crushed into crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened, full-fat
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 12 cookies Oreo cookies chopped
Topping
  • 12 pieces Oreo halves for garnish
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press mixture into cupcake liners to form crust. Chill.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla.
  4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in chopped Oreos.
  6. Spoon filling over crusts, smooth tops, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream, Oreo halves, and crushed cookies before serving.

Notes

Best chilled overnight for firm texture.
