Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 0.5 cup crushed candy canes plus extra for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add peppermint extract and mix well.
  3. Fold in whipped cream, then stir in crushed candy canes.
  4. Spread filling over crust, smooth top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Garnish with extra crushed candy canes before serving.

Notes

Make ahead up to 2 days. For a chocolate twist, drizzle melted chocolate before serving.
