- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add peppermint extract and mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream, then stir in crushed candy canes.
- Spread filling over crust, smooth top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with extra crushed candy canes before serving.
