Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in crushed candy canes, spread filling over crust, and refrigerate until set.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and clean slices.
