Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Pulse almonds in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add dates and blend until combined and sticky.
- Add cacao powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend until thick and cohesive.
- Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
- Refrigerate at least 60 minutes until firm.
- Slice into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
Store in refrigerator up to 7 days or freeze for longer storage.
