- Season and flour cube steak.
- Sear steaks in butter and oil.
- Sauté onions, carrots, celery, garlic, and tomato paste.
- Add tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire, paprika; return steaks to pan.
- Cover and braise 1.5–2 hours until tender.
Notes
Great served with mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
