- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Mash bananas in a bowl and mix with eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla.
- Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold in berries and pour mixture into baking dish.
- Top with extra banana slices and berries.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
