- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet; sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining butter and garlic to skillet; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice, scraping browned bits from the pan.
- Add uncooked rice and stir to coat in sauce; toast 1 minute.
- Pour in broth and bring to a simmer. Nestle chicken into the rice.
- Cover and cook 18–20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Let rest 5 minutes, fluff rice, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
