- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in dry ingredients alternately with sour cream until just combined.
- Stir in cranberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 55–65 minutes.
- Cool loaf, then drizzle with orange glaze and sprinkle with zest.
