Pork Ribs
  • 3 lb country style pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Season ribs with oil and dry rub and place in baking dish.
  2. Cover tightly and roast at low temperature until very tender.
  3. Uncover, glaze with sauce, and roast at high heat until caramelized.
