Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas ripe but firm
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into thick rounds.
  2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook bananas 1–2 minutes per side.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Flip gently and cook until caramelized.
  6. Drizzle honey if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Best served fresh and warm for ideal texture.
