Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks, keeping the core intact.
- Brush both sides with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flip, sprinkle Parmesan, and roast another 10–15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes of roasting. Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
