Ingredients
  

Sheet Pan Dinner
  • 1 1/2 lb steak sirloin or ribeye
  • 1 1/2 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Sheet pan
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Roast seasoned potatoes at 425°F for 20 minutes.
  2. Season steak and prepare parmesan topping.
  3. Add steak to pan and press parmesan on top.
  4. Roast until steak is cooked to preference.
  5. Broil briefly to crisp parmesan crust and rest before slicing.

Notes

Broiling at the end gives the parmesan crust a golden finish.
