Ingredients
  

Lasagna Noodles
  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
Beef & Sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
  3. In same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain excess grease.
  4. Melt butter in saucepan, whisk in flour to form roux. Slowly add milk and cream, stirring until thickened.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Stir until creamy and remove from heat.
  6. Layer sauce, noodles, beef, cheddar, mozzarella, and bacon. Repeat and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley.
