Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 4 halibut fillets about 6 oz each
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Season halibut fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, butter, parsley, and lemon zest.
  4. Press the mixture onto the top of the halibut fillets.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  6. Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.

Notes

Serve with roasted vegetables or lemon rice for a balanced meal.
