- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish.

- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, butter, parsley, and lemon zest.
- Press the mixture onto the top of the halibut fillets.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
