Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp hot paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then drain.
  2. Smash potatoes on a baking sheet and season with oil and spices.
  3. Roast at 425°F (220°C) until crispy and golden.
  4. Simmer garlic, tomato sauce, spices, and vinegar to make spicy sauce.
  5. Spoon sauce over potatoes and drizzle with aioli before serving.
