Salad
  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz burrata cheese one or two balls
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp balsamic glaze to taste
  • flaky sea salt, to taste
  • freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Arrange sliced peaches and tomatoes on a platter.
  2. Place burrata in the center.
  3. Scatter basil leaves over the salad.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
