  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
Peach Layer
  • 2 cups diced peaches fresh or canned, drained
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp peach juice or milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, milk, and vanilla.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet just until smooth.
  6. Mix peaches with brown sugar and butter.
  7. Layer batter and peach mixture in the Bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 70–80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool and drizzle with peach glaze.
