Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup creamy peanut butter for batter
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Drizzle
  • 0.25 cup melted peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup melted chocolate

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Combine melted butter and sugars in a large bowl.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter; mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in dry ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough balls onto baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes.
  7. Cool, then drizzle with melted peanut butter and chocolate.

Notes

For best texture, slightly underbake the cookies and allow them to finish setting on the baking sheet.
