- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine melted butter and sugars in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter; mix until smooth.
- Fold in dry ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough balls onto baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes.
- Cool, then drizzle with melted peanut butter and chocolate.
Notes
For best texture, slightly underbake the cookies and allow them to finish setting on the baking sheet.
