Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture.
- Fold in caramel sauce for swirls.
- Pour into loaf pan, swirl extra caramel on top, and bake for 55–65 minutes.
- Cool for 15 minutes, drizzle more caramel before serving.
Notes
For extra decadence, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
