Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix pecans, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 tbsp pecan mixture on wide end. Roll up tightly and place tip side down.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Optional: Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
For extra caramel flavor, drizzle with warm caramel sauce instead of glaze. Rolls are best eaten fresh but can be reheated.
