Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls

Flaky crescent rolls filled with a sweet pecan pie mixture, baked golden brown, and optionally drizzled with glaze. A quick holiday dessert ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 rolls
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
Optional Glaze
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix pecans, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 tbsp pecan mixture on wide end. Roll up tightly and place tip side down.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Optional: Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For extra caramel flavor, drizzle with warm caramel sauce instead of glaze. Rolls are best eaten fresh but can be reheated.
