Ingredients
  

Cheese Ball
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
Coating
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp crushed buttery crackers

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add cheddar, pickles, pickle juice, green onions, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, roll in pecans and cracker crumbs.
  7. Serve with crackers or veggies.
