Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a generous amount of shredded mozzarella in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit over the cheese and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush each cheese bomb with garlic butter.
- Place the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top while warm. Serve immediately with marinara sauce if desired.
