Ingredients
  

Sauce
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice or water
  • 0.25 cup orange juice

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and cool before serving.

Notes

Sauce thickens as it cools. Adjust sweetness after cooking if needed.
