  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice chilled
  • 1.5 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 0.5 cup peas thawed
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp red chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and caramelize pineapple.
  2. Sauté garlic, ginger, and vegetables.
  3. Add rice and stir-fry.
  4. Return pineapple and add sauces.
  5. Garnish and serve.

Use chilled rice for best texture and adjust spice level to taste.
