  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup breakfast sauce or white sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare baking pan.
  2. Stretch dough onto pan and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

  5. Bake until crust is golden and eggs are set.
