  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/3 cup pecans or walnuts toasted
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Add mixed greens to a large salad bowl.

  4. Drizzle with honey mustard dressing and gently toss before serving.
