Ingredients
  

Soup Base
  • 6 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 20 pieces frozen potstickers any filling
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup bok choy chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil until fragrant.
  2. Add broth and soy sauce and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add frozen potstickers and cook until tender.
  4. Add vegetables and simmer briefly.
  5. Garnish and serve hot.
