Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp ginger
  • 8 oz whipped topping divided
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Combine graham crumbs and melted butter; press into dish to form crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; mix in pumpkin and spices, then fold in half of whipped topping.
  3. Spread pumpkin layer over crust.
  4. Whisk pudding mix and milk; spread over pumpkin layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with crumbs or nuts.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be made ahead for gatherings.
