- Add pumpkin puree, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Chill mixture for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll into bite-sized balls and place on parchment-lined tray.
- Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer.
