  • 2 cups milk any variety
  • 0.25 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt pinch

Method
 

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Whisk in pumpkin purée until smooth.
  3. Add sweetener, spices, vanilla, and salt.

  5. Serve warm with optional whipped cream.

Notes

Do not boil the milk to prevent scorching.
